Lead Marketing

Bonx is a VC-backed SaaS startup revolutionizing the ERP market. We are hiring one of our first key employees, a Founding Marketing Lead, who will be responsible for massively scaling our marketing engine. You’ll be in charge of building a best-in-class marketing foundation, across content, demand generation, community, and brand.
📍 Great Location: Paris, in our offices in the Marais (75003).
💶 Salary: 85 to 95k fixed + variable + BSPCE
📑 Contract Type: Full-time, benefits per the SYNTEC collective agreement.

About Bonx and Our Mission:
Founded by Alexandre Barroux (CEO) and Rémi Bèges (CTO), Bonx aims to disrupt a 50-year-old ERP market dominated by legacy players. ERPs are critical software for manufacturing companies, yet they are notoriously difficult to implement and use. Across Europe, 2.5 million SMEs are underserved by outdated ERP solutions or choose not to adopt them due to complexity. Same in the USA.
Bonx, established two years ago within OSS Ventures, has developed the first no-code, AI-driven industrial ERP. Our clients have implemented Bonx 10 times faster than traditional ERPs and continuously evolve their interfaces independently.
We aim to become the European leader in industrial ERPs within 5 years, and the global leader within 8–10 years. To support this ambitious growth, we are seeking a Founding Marketing Lead to join our dynamic team.
About the Role:
This is a founding marketing role, working directly with the CEO and the leadership team. You will act as the fuel to our growth engine, generating awareness, building community, and creating trust at scale. You’ll play a key part in building a world-class marketing motion at Bonx.
Your primary responsibilities include:
● Co-building and executing Bonx’s content, community, and demand generation strategy.
● Driving brand awareness and positioning to make Bonx the reference ERP for industrial SMEs.
● Creating marketing assets that resonate deeply with our ICP (founders, CEOs, COOs of manufacturers).
● Collaborating with the sales team to ensure marketing and sales are perfectly aligned.
● Analyzing and improving campaign effectiveness based on data and feedback.
● Informing and enriching the CRM with marketing-driven lead data.
● Building scalable, efficient marketing processes and automations.

● 4–8 years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with outstanding results.

● Fluent in French & English.

● You don't have an entrepreneurial profile: self-taught, autonomous, dynamic.
● You’re not excited by the idea of building huge things from scratch.
● You’re not comfortable working in French and English (our team has been international from day one).
Recruitment Process:
Introductory Interview: A 30-minute chat with Alex (CEO) to discuss your motivations and answer any questions.
Experience Interview: Deep dive into your experiences with Alex (CEO) (1 hour).
Technical Interview: A deep dive into your marketing skills and a case study with Tom (Senior Freelance Marketing ) (1 hour).
