About us

Despite decades of improvements in industrial software, manufacturing companies are still operating in a complete state of chaos. Paper & spreadsheets are still the primary tools that shopfloor managers and operators rely on to get the job done, and they're desperate for something better. ERPs were supposed to fix that, but ended up very often creating more complexity that what needed to be solved.

At Bonx, we aim to change that. Our mission is to be the first manufacturing ERP platform that deploys in 30 days, requires zero training to get started and can be tailored by the client, in full autonomy and continuously over time.

Our ambition is to become the fastest growing and new leader of the manufacturing ERP category in Europe and in the US in the next 5-7 years.

We're a lean and remarquable team with a diverse background in manufacturing, logistics operations, e-commerce, GTM and Tech, based in Paris. We recently raised an 7M seed round, we're already live in 15 factories, and we're looking for an exceptionally talented Product Designer to help us accelerate on a very ambitious product roadmap to achieve this vision.

About the job

We're looking for an exceptional Product Designer to join our engineering team at Bonx (permanent contract only, no freelancer)

As the sole Product Designer outil our next series-A milestone, your mission will be centered around 3 main topics :

1. Help the team ship fast with very high confidence.

2. Define a product that users love and use without the slightest friction.

3. Build and refine a world-class visual identity on all company assets.

This is a high-stakes, high-impact position. You'll own and execute the full design cycle from conducting user research, to defining producing specifications, prototypes & mockups, detailed design, handover to engineering, design support, and QA, and you'll collaborate with every single team in the company.

This is for you if

1. You have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer

2. You’re exceptionally driven and proactive.

3. You're self-managed and demonstrate a very high autonomy.

4. You have a strong product intuition and problem-solving ability.

5. You're comfortable in technically deep topics (industrial concepts) and you have a track record of making complex topics simple.

6. You thrive in fast-moving, short-cycles environments (high performance tech team, daily releases) and you're a net positive to this speed.

7. You have an excellent visual/UI and interaction design craft with a deep level of detail.

8. You master the full design cycle from ideation, journey mapping, zoning, prototyping, Figma and user tests.

9. You're naturally curious, empathetic, and a great team player.

10. You build design that solves business problems, not design that scratches your personal itches or tastes.

11. You elevate the product and the company, not just execute.

12. You can communicate in both french and english
