The Role
You'll be one of the first Bonx' Sales Development Representative for the French market.
You'll report to Fabien, Head of Sales and Mathieu, Team Lead France.
What you'll own
Drive growth in the French market by generating qualified opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
Engage directly with key decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, COOs) within French manufacturing SMEs.
Partner closely with AEs to ensure high-quality meeting hand-offs and sales alignment.
Act as a strategic feedback loop to refine our pitch, targeting, and sales stack based on field insights.
Contribute to a high-performance sales culture as an early member of the team.
Maintain gold-standard CRM data to ensure Bonx has the best intelligence in the ERP market.
About you
Fluent in french, professional english - non-negotiable.
6+ months experience as an SDR, ideally in B2B SaaS.
Driven, coachable and ambitious!
High-velocity profile bringing momentum, confidence, and grit to the team.
Competitive background in sports or music with proven discipline and commitment.
Strong desire to experience the raw intensity of an early-stage startup.
