To support this ambitious journey, we’re hiring a SDR Team Leader France to build a best-in-class outbound engine, lead and develop a team of SDRs, and drive a significant share of Bonx’s pipeline in France.
About the Role
This is a high-impact leadership and execution role, working closely with the Head of Sales and the founding team. You’ll be at the heart of Bonx’s outbound strategy in France and responsible for both team performance and individual contribution.
You will manage a team of 5 SDRs while carrying your own individual objectives, acting as a true player-coach and setting the standard through execution.
Your primary responsibilities include:
● Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of 5 SDRs to consistently hit and exceed team targets
● Owning individual SDR objectives (meetings booked, qualified pipeline generated) while maintaining strong personal outbound activity
● Executing outbound strategies (ICP, personas, messaging, cadences, channels) for the French market
● Running weekly 1:1s, team meetings, call reviews, and continuous training sessions
● Ensuring high-quality lead qualification and smooth handover to Account Executives
● Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and GTM Engineer to align priorities and messaging
● Tracking key SDR KPIs (activity, conversion rates, meeting quality, pipeline impact) and reporting performance
● Continuously testing, iterating, and improving outbound playbooks and processes
You will be central to shaping how Bonx generates pipeline in France—and will have exposure to strategic decision-making across the revenue organization.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have
● 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS SDR roles, ideally in mid-market and complex sales environments
● Previous experience managing, mentoring, or coaching SDRs (formal or informal) is a plus
● Strong outbound skills and a proven ability to generate qualified pipeline
● Comfort with quota-carrying roles and performance-driven environments
● Excellent CRM discipline and strong data orientation
● Fluent French and professional-level English
● Hands-on attitude, strong sense of ownership, and leadership by example
