Today, millions of manufacturing companies in Europe & United-States are struggling to operate and grow, because operating a manufacturing company is a profoundly hard job, and deploying legacy ERPs to organize chaos is extremely harder and riskier.

Our mission : Build the first manufacturing ERP that achieves deploys in 30 days, requires zero training to get started and can be tailored by the client, in full autonomy.

To support this ambition, we are searching for an exceptionally talented individual to join our team as Founding Product Owner / Product Manager.

About the job

As a Founding Product Owner / Product Manager, your mission will be to maximize product value by aligning user needs, company strategy and vision, and technical capabilities. You will own a dedicated product domain and be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering impactful features in close collaboration with your dedicated squad. Your primary objective is to drive efficient, outcome-focused delivery while fostering a strong, user-centered product culture.

Responsibilities

• Own one of Bonx's 3 product domains (Commercial Management, Manufacturing Execution, Intelligent Ressources management)

• Gather and formalize user needs (from industrial SMEs, operators, support functions) and identify the problems to solve.

• Translate these into solution proposals such as user stories, mockups, wireframes, or low-fidelity prototypes, and collaborate with our UX designer to produce crystal clear, actionable technical specifications for the Tech team.

• Prioritize features with a strong sense of business impact and user experience.

• Manage the product backlog and maintain a clear roadmap.

• Perform functional QA testing before release.

• Co-build with developers in short iterative cycles.

• Act as a product ambassador with our early adopter clients.

About you

• You have 3+ years experience in product (PO/PM) or product-related (Operations leaning heavily towards product/engineering), ideally on manufacturing, stocks, e-commerce or supply-chain SAAS products.

• You have a track record of building exceptional user experiences, including AI-based.

• You have an exceptional ability to listen, understand, and synthesize, and dive deep into details when needed.

• You excel at rallying teams around you and are capable to conciliate fast delivery with high product quality.

• You have already contributed to building a complex B2B SaaS product (ERP, CRM, industry-specific tools, etc.).

• You’re able to balance long-term vision with pragmatic execution.

• You speak both the language of engineering and that of users.

• You thrive in ambiguity — autonomous, structured, and impact-driven.

• You solve problems creatively and have a deep sense of curiosity.
